Ensuring the safety and quality of our products has always been at the core of our business and is directly linked to the success of Campo del Tesoro.
Our greatest commitment is to ensure consistent safety and quality through strong governance and compliance to applicable regulations and standards. We manufacture our products following strict policies, requirements and specifications provided through an integrated quality management program that measures all of our operations. The achievement of the highest quality standards is the result of the coordinated effort and commitment of our Employees, Suppliers, Distributors and Partners.


Furthermore, in our constant quest to strengthen the quality, we certified ISO 9001:2008.

Argentina, country free of mad cow disease.

Argentina was declared country free of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE), also known as the mad cow disease, by the International Organization of Epizooties. Argentine complies with the recommendations of the International Animal Health Code from the OIE in its chapter 2.3.13 in order to be considered a country free of the (BSE).

Food Safety

To create and maintain safety and quality, we stay current with new regulations, industry best practices and marketplace conditions, and engage with standard setting and industry organizations. We consistently reassess the relevance of, and continually improve and refine, our requirements and standards throughout the entire supply chain.
We implement maintenance programs like Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), compliance to applicable Regulations and Standards and Microbiological Behavior Evaluation.

  • Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP): To keep the infrastructure in optimum hygienic conditions, we follow guidelines for preparation, processing, and storage, ensuring that our products are safe from Production to Consumption. We implement this program to prevent any potential source of food contamination.
  • Hygiene: We maintain hygiene by training our Employees in the application and monitoring of sanitation standard operating procedures.
  • Microbiological Performance Evaluation: Our products are tested in our modern laboratory. We perform physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses using international standard methods. Both the use of raw material and our products release are subject to the results of such tests. The work in our laboratory is validated by external laboratories accredited by government agencies.
  • Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP): It is a systematic approach to food safety implemented in order to prevent biological, chemical, and physical hazards in the production process. Our HACCP plan is certified by IRAM (Argentine Certification Institute), an NGO for standardization and certification of products, processes, management systems, training and documentation.


Traceability is an essential process when national and international quality standards are implemented in order to strengthen our Clients’ reliance. The traceability of a batch of finished product is managed by a computer system that guarantees a reliable fast response when information is required.

By inputting a production date and time into this system, we may learn about the raw material and the process conditions used for it at our plant and at our Suppliers’. Likewise, by departing from a batch of raw material, we may reach its finished product.
